Shells - Our Polyethylene Spa Shells are rotationally moulded to form a one piece shell which does not require any backing material (as in the Acrylic Spas). The shell is extremely strong and is guaranteed for Eight (8) years from the date of purchase, against defects in material, cracking and blistering which would effect the usability of the shell.
Frame - Eight (8) Years against defects in workmanship or materials. We support our Hot Tub Spas with a treated metal frame, which is independent from the Cedar cabinet. The frame which will not rot and none of the joints will weaken with time. Therefore your Spa can easily be moved in the future.
Pumps, Air Blowers and Control Units - All models are covered for Two (2) years The Pumps, Air Blowers and control units are guaranteed against malfunction, leakage or defects in materials or workmanship for 2 years which also includes labour.
Plumbing - All plumbing, Jet manifolds, air switches, aromatherapy, parts and fittings used to comprise the system are guaranteed for Two (2) years to be free from leaks and defects.
Filter Cartridge - Are not included in this warranty, but are warranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of purchase.
Covers - Covers are also warranted for ONE (1) year to be free from defects in material and workmanship.
Cedar Cabinets - We only use 100% Canadian Cedar for our hand built Hot Tub Spa cabinets. Oztubs guarantee the wood cabinet to be free from defects for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. The Cedar Cabinets require care and regular maintenance by the owner. In the unlikely event of a defect, the damaged wood piece, not the whole spa, will be repaired at the option of the manufacturer, and shall assume as its warranty period only the remaining time under this original 90 day warranty.
Limitations & Exclusions - We do not use any sub contractors for the installation or repairs, this warranty does not cover any repairs made by any persons or agencies other than Oztubs service department.
The warranty does not cover
Transportation costs or other consequential damages.
The cost of removal or installation of a spa or replacement spa.
The fading of colour, stains or discoloration due to the improper use of chemicals or improperly maintained water chemistry. Improper water chemistry could result in damage to support equipment or pose a possible health hazard.
Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, improper installation, exposure to fire or hazards of nature (e.g. earthquake or flood).
Except as expressly provided, there shall be no other warranty or obligations, express implied, oral or statutory, and in no event shall Oztubs employees be liable for injury or damage to any person or property for any claim of damage, however arising.
Legal Rights - This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. It in no way affects your statutory rights and is only applicable in the UK. Prompt return of a completed warranty registration form protects your warranty rights.
Assignment - This warranty is personal to and for the sole benefit of the original purchaser at the original site of installation, and is not assignable without Oztubs express permission.
Disclaimer - Spas must be completely covered with an insulating spa cover at all times when not in use. Failure to do so could cause damage to spa surface and void the warranty. The Spa must be placed on a solid, flat surface that is designed to carry a minimum of 150 lbs per square foot load. Failure to do so could result in surface sagging or collapsing with stress damage to the spa, voiding the warranty.
